Nursing Living Learning Community
Nursing majors in this LLC have the opportunity to take classes together, study together, and interact closely with nursing faculty. This community allows students to explore their personal views of health and wellness while examining different aspects of the nursing field. Students will have the opportunity to attend events and participate in community service projects geared toward nursing.

Entrance Requirements
To apply for the Nursing LLC, students must have an ACT score of at least 23 in English and 21 in Math (SAT New- English 590, Math 530; SAT Old-English 560, Math 500). Please review the 2023-2024 Living Learning Community Expectations.
Required Majors
Students in this LLC must be a nursing major and may not change their major during the academic year.

Nursing LLC students will take the following classes together:
Fall: UNIV 100 - Freshman Seminar (view the LLC Learning Objectives for UNIV 100)
Fall: BIOL 110 - Fundamentals of Biology I
Fall: NURS 100 - Nursing and Health Care Concepts
Do not schedule these classes in the fall.
Spring: NURS 104 - Foundation for Professional Practice
Spring: STAT 214 - Elementary Statistics
Spring: SOCI 241 - Contemporary Social Problems
