The Big Event Training Sessions

Team Leaders:

Any individual who is responsible for their group on the day of The Big Event is a Team Leader.  All Team Leaders must go through training in order to be fully briefed on their group's assignment.  You signed up for a specific session when you filled out the registration form. Dates, times and locations for the training sessions can be found below. 

  • Tuesday October, 11th from 1:00PM -2:00PM in the Student Union- Helma Constantine Forum AB
  • Tuesday October, 11th 2:15PM -3:15PM in the Student Union- Helma Constantine Forum AB
  • Wednesday October, 12th 11:30AM -12:30PM in the Student Union- Helma Constantine Forum AB
  • Thursday October, 13th 1:00PM -2:00PM in the Student Union- Magnolia Room AB
  • Thursday October, 13th 2:15PM -3:15PM in the Student Union- Magnolia Room AB
  • Friday October, 14th 1:00PM -2:00PM in the Student Union- Magnolia Room AB

Project Managers: 

Any individual responsible to checking work sites will be a Project Manager. Training for Project Managers will be during your AmeriCorp Meeting before October 22nd.
